Cookie Notice

Effective June 16, 2026

This Cookie Notice explains the cookies and similar technologies springb2 sets on your device when you visit our websites and dashboards. It is part of, and incorporated by reference into, our Privacy Policy.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. Cookies let the site recognise you between requests — for example, to keep you signed in across pages — and to remember choices you make. “Similar technologies” means localStorage, sessionStorage, and similar browser-side storage mechanisms; we treat them the same way as cookies for the purposes of this notice.

2. The cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These are required for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core features such as sign-in. Under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, strictly-necessary cookies do not require consent.

NamePurposeLifetime
authjs.session-token / __Secure-authjs.session-tokenAuth.js session JWT — keeps you signed in.Session (cleared on sign-out)
authjs.csrf-tokenCSRF protection on auth form submissions.Session
springb2_cookie_consentRecords that you've seen and acknowledged the cookie banner so we don't show it again.1 year

Functional

These improve the experience but are not strictly required. springb2 currently does not set any non-essential functional cookies; this section is reserved for future additions and any such cookie will be added to the table above with consent flow attached where required.

Analytics and advertising

springb2 does not run any advertising or third-party marketing cookies. We do not share your data with ad networks, social-media trackers, or affiliate platforms.

If we add product analytics in the future, we will list each cookie here, identify the lawful basis (consent, where required), and offer an explicit opt-out before the cookie is set.

3. How to manage cookies

You can clear cookies and similar storage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out of the springb2 dashboard.

Most browsers also let you block cookies pre-emptively. If you block strictly-necessary cookies the dashboard will not work — you will be unable to sign in or perform any authenticated action.

4. Do Not Track

springb2 does not respond to browser Do-Not-Track signals because we do not engage in cross-site tracking, advertising targeting, or audience profiling that would otherwise be affected by such signals.

5. Updates

If we add or change cookies materially, we will update this notice and revise the effective date above. Material changes will trigger an in-app notice the next time you sign in.
